The atmosphere was great, and although it was busy, I only had to wait a few minutes. I really enjoyed the bowl I ordered, and the customer service was excellent. A staff member helped me create my bowl, following my requests and also suggesting other options. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. I'll be back soon!

Once seated, though, the staff chose to serve people who arrived... read more Although I've experienced this before, I decided to take a seat because I was tired of waiting. Once seated, though, the staff chose to serve people who arrived after me, without acknowledging my presence at all. Not a single word was said as I walked out. On one hand, these establishments complain about delivery services taking too large a cut, yet on the other hand, they seem more than willing to neglect regular walk-in customers who pay full price. If you’re not ordering through Skip, it feels like they don't want to engage with you. I recommend going to the Griesbach location instead, where the owner is more community-minded and gives back.

I essentially... read more The portion sizes here can be quite inconsistent, depending on who is working. Today, I ordered a large burrito, but they skimped on the toppings. I essentially paid for a large but received more of a medium-sized burrito. This restaurant can be fantastic when they don’t hold back on the toppings, but it's really a gamble coming here, as the quality seems to vary with who is preparing your food.

I ordered tacos here yesterday and half way through eating them I noticed a disgusting sour taste, so I stopped eating them and threw the tacos out. I felt okay... read more I ordered tacos here yesterday and half way through eating them I noticed a disgusting sour taste, so I stopped eating them and threw the tacos out. I felt okay until today. I have all the symptoms of food poisoning. Definitely will never go back to this location.
