We went to Bar Bricco Friday for the first time. The atmosphere was warm, energetic and communal. We ordered aper oil splash our usual Friday drink and we are s... read more We went to Bar Bricco Friday for the first time. The atmosphere was warm, energetic and communal. We ordered aper oil splash our usual Friday drink and we are surprised that we are served a fairly small and very flat version of this drink... the Prosecco was left open too long? Next we ordered the side of the olives that are excellent in their sister restaurant Uccellinos we were left off again. They were fine, but with a hint of citrus. Next we ordered two salads of the fennel and the cabbage... which are considered monolithic bowls of just that... while chopped fennel can be delicious, no one wants a bowl so big that 4 people get tired of it. Even no one or two people want a bowl of cabbage so easy that you wonder if they forget to dress it. A second group of Aper spray oils, we believe in giving Bar-Tenders a second chance, led to another set of small flat liberations that we did not finish... Bar Bricco was was wasted $88. We're not going back. Uccellinos is much better if you want this kind of experience.

The bread is completely perfected, and the Agnolotti was excellent... by far some of the best food we enjoyed in the last few months!
