Was Gaylord Green at Bar Bricco a mag?
I stopped here during a recent visit to Edmonton, as I couldn't get into Corso 32 or Uccelinos. I sat at the bar and enjoyed the tapas and a glass of wine. My server was very helpful in assisting me with the tapas choices, that weren't familiar to me. The flavours were great and the portion size just right. The wine selection was great - Our server suggested our wine and we weren't disappointed. The Agnolotti (pasta stuffed with cheese) which you dip into butter and than into parmiango cheese was amazing. We also had the mixed tasting plate - 3 meats, 3 cheeses along with bread. It was more than enough food for two people. The ambiance of the place is great.. very small and intimate. It's 75% bar seating.The dishes and wine are a little over priced but it was still enjoyable - I would go back.
One of the best Italian restaurants Edmonton has to offer! I still have to be disappointed!
