Description
In the heart of Edmonton, a restaurant dedicated to bao and dumplings has become a local treasure. Diners rave about the delightful xiao long bao—succulent dumplings filled with savory broth that burst with flavor. The pan-fried versions also impress, though some suggest variations in taste from traditional recipes. The beef noodle soup garners mixed reviews, deemed flavorful but not extraordinary. While service can be slow and cleanliness needs attention, the positive aspects—affordability, kid-friendly atmosphere, and standout dishes like shrimp soup dumplings—make it a destination worth exploring for bao enthusiasts. A true gem for noodle lovers!.

Came here for dinner and the food was delicious. Very reasonablely priced and fast service. Would recommend the beef noodle soup as the beef was very
The taste is almost the same as in China, and I loved them when I was in Yancheng. Here, the flavor is slightly different and the wait times are a bit longer, but they're really delicious and affordable! My favorite is the shrimp soup dumplings (大虾生煎包).
Xiao long bao is a must-try delicacy! It's akin to a stuffed pot sticker but filled with savory soup broth. When you take a bite, it bursts with flavor! I enjoyed the traditional pan-fried, shrimp pan-fried, and classic versions. The dough was delightful, and both the pork and shrimp fillings were equally tasty! I love seeing unique and specialized places like this emerge.
Probably one of my favourite places to eat in Edmonton. The food is always amazing and the best soup dumplings I've ever had. The spring onion noodles are so tasty as well. The baos are also delicious. I tried to take a photo but my boyfriend ate his whole order of dumplings immediately (they were that good). In the photo fried mushrooms, soup dumplings, spring onion noodles and dandan noodles
