Here, the flavor is slightly different and the wait times are a bit longer, but they're really delicious and affordable! My favorite is the shrimp soup dumplings (大虾生煎包).

I enjoyed the traditional pan-fried, shrimp pan-fried, and classic versions. The dough was delightful, and both the pork and shrimp fillings were equally tasty! I love seeing unique and specialized places like this emerge.
