I checked the burger and it was stone cold. Told him that, and he said "the cheese is melted, looks OK to me." I said touch it, it's cold.He ordered me another, but never said sorry or look me in the eye again. I said thanks when the burger came up. Nothing from him. Rings were cold by that time too, the Root Beer, flat.What happened A

With the coupons that come in the mail, it is a cheap meal of reasonably good food... read more Drove past it the first time and had to turn around. Could use a bigger sign. With the coupons that come in the mail, it is a cheap meal of reasonably good food. For breakfasts, they use ceramic mugs for the coffee and ceramic plates with real knives and forks. They make their eggs to order. The dinner combo comes with a medium root beer which is a nice size, not just a sip like you may get elsewhere.

Ordered a latte with oat milk through the drive thr... read more Hands down the worst A and W I 've been to. Gave this place a second chance only to disappoint me yet again. Ordered a latte with oat milk through the drive thru and the lady over the intercom was extremely dry to me. I wanted it with oat milk and she stated to me in a condescending tone, you 'll get both regular milk and oat milk. I stated to her that I am lactose intolerant. Dead silence occurs and then miraculously they are out of oat milk. What are the chances? I 've said it multiple times in my previous reviews, it is all about customer service and how you handle the situation.

So ordered just a small black coffee at 2... read more I never get what I ordered. In fact between the hours of 1-5 you can rarely get anything. Grill always being cleaned!! So ordered just a small black coffee at 2:10 in the morning. They didn’t have it. Though I was offered cold coffee. I will not return at night.
