I came in today after buying stuff around the area. The filipina lady who has hoop earrings, has eyes glasses and her hair was in a bun approached me and ask what my order is, I asked about their burger menu as it was not shown on their screens. She said there are 3 types which are Mom, Dad and Teen I told her I know that but im asking about whether they only have original or like any other variations such as mushroom melt. The whole conversation my voice did not raise and I kept calm but she kept answering me with so much attitude and was just down right rude as if I was someone stupid she was talking to and she just wants the conversation to be over. To avoid being riled up I just asked for a different server and they were polite. Hopefully the management call her attention about this as its not nice to be that way to a new customer. Clearly the language barrier prevented me from getting the meal I ordered. A&W is getting too expensive anyway, I will stroke it from my fast food choices. Wendy's is a far better deal and good food you also get what you order. If you don't want bad reviews hire people that can understand English. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
