Staff were friendly and the food was of good qual... read more Stopped by here in May 2015. First time stopping at an Arby's in a few years. This location was nice -- quiet. Staff were friendly and the food was of good quality. I don't know why Arby's gets shunned by some people -- the quality of the food is better than some of the other chains out there. Always nice for a bite to eat!

As I was waiting for my food, a customer came in with a sandwich he had gotten at the drive through. He said they forgot the cheese. (It happens). The staff too... read more As I was waiting for my food, a customer came in with a sandwich he had gotten at the drive through. He said they forgot the cheese. (It happens). The staff took the sandwich the customer had been handling (probably with unwashed hands since he wascoming in from his car) gave it to the kitchen staff who placed the used outside sandwich on their food prep station where myfood was soon to be, added cheese to a partly eaten sandwich, wrapped it back up, handed it back to the counter staff and NO ONEEVEN CHANGED THEIR GLOVES!! They didn?t wipe down the prep station, nothing. I have never seen someone bring partly eaten foodin and have something added to it. I?m pretty sure health standards dictate that they should have thrown the food out andprovided the customer with new food as ordered. This has been my go to Arby?s for longer than I can remember. I work 50? awaybut I demanded a refund and will NEVER go back. You lost a long time customer so you wouldn?t have to pay for another sandwichwhen you made a mistake. This is not safe food handling, especially when so many people are sick with covid and otherIllnesses. It also took over ten minutes for them to figure out how to give me a refund. Train your staff properly or firethem.
