Phetyai Thai Edmonton

We ordered from here last night and Phetyai Thai did not disappoint. The food was amazing, great flavours and great sizing. Best Thai on the South Side! My new favourite shop.

We waited 10 minutes for the drive-thru connection and another 10 wait for our order, which was a waste of time. when we finally got it and the pommes were eating, cold and tasteless, without seasoning or salting. that was dry and hard to chew. the only joy I came out of the meal was my soda.

Unprofessional, not in the position to fill a complex carrier, not in the position to wrap packings

Here's a slant. the chaotic children who run the place obviously cannot work without being aware of adult/ manager. order always wrong, take them 20 plus minutes, completely do not serve them or forget their order at all. bad in the necessity of an adult with organizational skills to control the children only fun in the kitchen.

Absolutely the worst KFC in Cairns!!!I live in Edmonton just around the corner from this store. I’ve had so many bad experiences here that from here on I’d rather drive into the city 20mins one way to get a feed rather than drive 2mins from my house. I remember when this store opened my son use to work there as a cook, he was one of the first lot of staff they hired. It was good had no issues always got good pieces of chicken WOW times have changed. KFC isn’t a cheap meal and it’s quite obvious KFC profits more by serving small pieces of chicken. I’ve really noticed at this store in particular that MOST of the piece of chicken are really under sized. Another big issue I have is that if I ordered 8 pieces of chicken I do expect to have a variety of cuts like a mixture or breast, thighs, ribs, legs n wings SO how is it every time I’ve ordered chicken pieces I’ve been given mostly legs and wings. This is unacceptable considering how expensive KFC is. How are you supposed to feed a family when yours portions of chicken are so small? Yesterday was the final straw that broke the camel’s back! I ordered a 3 piece box even though I knew better not to even go to this store and before I left I had a look inside the box I got 2 wings and the smallest breast I’ve ever seen! I kid you not it wasn’t much bigger than a chicken nugget! SHAME on you Edmonton KFC I took a photo this time I will certainly be taking this matter further right up the KFC chain.EVERYONE! Make sure you check your meal before leaving and if it’s not satisfactory demand to have it made again.
