I am ordering three subs and fries unfortunately one large fries is not included on my order also I am order regular unsweetened tea instead they sent me sweetened tea it is completely unacceptable I was trying to contact them nobody responded my call I will never order again from this place

Paid extra for extra cheese and bacon. Received neither of these things. This is the second time I've paid extra for something I did not get.

I could barely understand cashier. Off the bat she tried to charge extra $1 for strawberry lemonade which I didn't ask for.I ordered the chicken steak kids meal. They tried to charge me $3, then $2 for lettuce, mayo lil onions. That was almost half the price of the meal. They then returned money charged me for a small sub meal. Fries weren't hot. I won't be back.

I absolutely love the people here. 10/10 every time.

This place for many people is a favorite after a long and tiring day. There is nothing better than a sandwich.. but it is sad when the employees serve you with a rude attitude.. I think they have to understand the meaning of customer service.. but who will teach them? If the manager on duty was more lost than the normal workers... I don't mind having paid a dollar for a side of bbq... what I didn't like was the attitude. I was clear when I told the cashier that I wanted BBQ on my sandwich. …
