Yummy Box Food Truck - Edmonds

I couldn 't even bite through my crispy katsu chicken, it was so over cooked and rubbery. The rice was also over cooked and mushy. I feel like they took a meal no one claimed and threw it in the microwave to heat up.

Their Ahi Tuna poke bowl was excellent. I am looking forward to try their Beef Poutine next time.

I work concert in the park in Monroe so I get to try every food truck that comes through. My co-workers and I order many items and share them. We ordered the fish and chips, egg rolls, spring rolls, vegetarian yakisoba, katsu chicken curry, and orange chicken. Spent like 70 bucks. It was pretty much not edible. The food was soo bad I feel bad for writing this, but they need to change the way they cook and what they offer. Everything seemed like it was just cheap frozen food fried in the same nasty oil. We basically threw everything away. Total waste of money and a rip-off. Sorry avoid.

All of their food is amazing, I would highly recommend for private events or just finding them on the street.

Picked up our dinner when this truck was at Gold creek church for the community event this week. They had a few things sold out by the time we were there. We went for the orange chicken, chicken katsu burger and the Pot stickers. Service was absolutely fast. Food was ready within 10 mins. Both the staffs were friendly as well. Katsu burger was so good. Flavorful. The chicken was well cooked and juicy. Pot stickers was good too. It was a little oily, but delicious. Orange chicken was a surprise. The best among our pick. Loved it. Hope they show up more often to this side in upcoming community events. Loved the food and service!
