What J Goel doesn't like about Bucatini:
Service started out strong but tapered off a little. Busing staff was excellent. The chicken parm grinders were very popular with three in my party. Caesar salad was excellent, but the Bolognese sauce was odd. Huge chunks of pot-roast-like meat, whole cloves of garlic, unremoved bay leaf, had to add marinara to make less dry (appreciated suggestion from the server), which should not be necessary.
