It feels like t... read more It's not the food or even the staff—it's the speed. I've spent more time waiting in this drive-thru than in all others combined, and it's awful. It feels like they're raising cows right there to make the burgers. It takes forever just to get a breakfast burrito. I even finished writing this entire review while stuck in the drive-thru line.

I ordered curbside through the app; the first time was perfect, but the second time I waited about 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging my curbside order, so I had to go inside to pick it up. Another time, I showed up for drive-thru around 5:30 pm and no one was working it. Even after I circled the building and saw staff inside, there was still no assistance. On the bright side, Kevin is fantastic and definitely deserves five stars!

I waited about thirty minutes for my food after placing my order, just like the customers ahead of me. When my meal finally arrived, the burger bun was soggy, which made me feel like it had been left out for too long. Overall, this dining experience was very disappointing, and it will take me a while to get over it.

The food was excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the parking lot was; it made me want to go inside and order something. The restroom was also spotless and had a lovely scent. One employee, Billy, particularly impressed me with his exceptional politeness and respectfulness. I appreciated how he kept the area tidy for customers, regularly checking in on me to see if I needed anything else. Billy clearly demonstrates a strong work ethic and dedication. Overall, hats off to Whataburger for not just the fantastic food but also the cleanliness of the establishment. I highly recommend Whataburger for a great meal. Well done, Billy!

On top of that, I was charged $4 more than I should have been for my meal. To make matters worse, I had to wait in line for 20 minutes, only to receive the wrong order.
