I also understand it was Christmas Eve but service was very slow. This store at one time was my favorite KFC location, but has continually gone down.

Once we sat down to wait for our f... read more I visited KFV in Efmond after a doctor's appointment. My wife ordered the potpie, while I opted for the 3-piece original box. Once we sat down to wait for our food, a young man from the counter came over to let us know that no potpies were ready at the moment. He explained that the manager had gone home sick, and no one had put the potpies in the oven. He was very apologetic and offered us a refund, along with a complimentary meal for the trouble. However, my wife really wanted her potpie, so they quickly got to work on baking it while we waited. It took the expected 25 minutes, and when it arrived, they continued to apologize for the delay. We were completely understanding and reassured them that these things happen. In the end, my wife was delighted with her piping hot potpie.
