The food was very delicious. Sushi tasted fresh. All rolls and sashimi were presented very beautifully. I had the spicy baby roll which had plenty of jalapenos in it. I also opted for the sashimi sampler which was delicious. It is a little pricey here.

The place is elegant.. the staff .. very friendly.. the food.. is.. not good, we got unagi. It wasn 't fresh, full of sauce to cover that up.. the tower.. the salmon wasn 't fresh it had that river taste I just can 't describe it.. it was not good or worththe amount we have paid for the meal, would we come back or recommend to a friend? Absolutely not!.. the only ok dish wasthe soft shell crab .. even that was over salted but.. overall experience.. I would not come back here again, I do regret notmaking the waiter take back the old unagi and salmon dishes..

Let me start this review with great atmosphere and thank heavens for Colby. (I didn?t know it then but this pleasant young man would save our evening. My husband loves sushi and I don?t lol. I?ve been wanting to branch out and hated my decision afteralready being seated- funny huh ????? now my energy must have just been loud as I sat there silently grumbling at the choiceson the menu. We were guided to also look at their QR code menu for even more options which do include non fish items. Colby tookhis time to genuinely listen to my concerns about eating raw fish. I took a huge leap of faith last night and went with hisprofessional suggestion.(He?s been working there for two years I LOVED the Steak Roll and couldn?t believe it. My husband washappy with his choice and impressed with me being satisfied with mine. Patrick the owner was there watching over things and gaveus a friendly wave. Cafe Icon did an awesome job catering for a birthday party we had this evening. Their sushi is always very tasty and fresh. The presentation on the party platters was like beautiful artwork. But most importantly, the owners care about their business andcare about the people they serve. Great customer service! If you haven?t been to Cafe Icon yet, check them out!

Terrible service. Had a reservation at 6:45 and they sat several people without reservations before us. They kept telling us they were cleaning a table for us. But every time a table was cleaned they would sit other parties. One of the parties they sat before us told us they didn’t have a reservation yet they still got sat before us. Their party was the same size as us (5 top). We waited over 30 mins past our reservation time. Finally when a group came in after us and they sat them right away after we were told for the 3rd time that we were next and that they were cleaning the table for us we decided to leave. Have a son w special needs and a baby.. therefore we really tried to be prepared with a reservation because our situation is unique and can be overwhelming already so it was very disappointing that they kept sitting several parties over ours when we had a reservation and especially while they saw us struggling. Our baby was getting restless and we really tried to be patient but the host acted like she didn’t care and when we told her we were thinking of leaving she cut us off mid-sentence saying “I understand you can go I understand” with a blank face. The manager kept promising us a table but unfortunately the table never came. Not for us anyways. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
