The associates in this location are hard working, treated poorly and very much underpaid. The managers should be ashamed, they all sit under this higher manager (Kim) who does not know what empathy or compassion is.The managers are jerks- the team is anxious and stressed- poor work quality.There’s a reason this location is understaffed and you can’t get your food or drinks quickly.
Saturday morning not even 9 am yet went to get a breakfast sandwich and staff is standing talking about life no rush in the word. I stood there for 10 min listening about a guy talking about his sushi experience. You have customers piling up and your just talking about different restaurant no respect for customer service
Place is horrible first thing in the morning….Crackhead management everyone moves at there own pace if they even move at all, they act like they can’t hear you I watched the front counter fill up with people why the cashier slowly in a “So what” type fashion washed out old coffee pots there is no sense of urgency, no team work nothing. Just a bunch of zombies standing around. We really need a quick check there instead cause they would never.
