I told no avocado or guacamole in vegetarian power bowl , it showed in the screen too , bud as usual they messed up with all three orders and put guacamole. When I return back , they said they can’t rectify and I had to prove that I clearly stated by pulling up the receipt . No apology or no word they just made new three bowls and when I return bk two out of 3 bowls had ranch in it .really ranch in power bowl that too vegetarian one . Was so upset didn’t want to go back and fight off . Just threw two bowls in trash as my kid is allergic in egg too . What a pathetic service

I ordered online and arrived 40 minutes later, only to be ignored after asking three times about my order. Although customers who arrived after me received their meals, I was met with indifference. When I finally lost my patience, the staff member yelled at me, claiming he was too busy to locate my order. Ultimately, he informed me that my order had been canceled without giving me any confirmation. After wasting over an hour, I left without my food. This is by far the worst place I’ve ever ordered from, with poor management and an awful attitude. Save yourself the time and effort.
