Additionally, they tend to be a bit stingy when it comes to extra ketchup for the fries, which is why I’m giving them one less star. On the plus side, the staff is always friendly, and it’s a great place to sit! Overall, I recommend this restaurant.

As a mall employee with limited break time, I always place my order before heading out. When I arrived, I informed the staff that I was there to pick up an online order, and they saw it hadn’t even been started yet. The employee apologized and began making it but then stopped when other staff came to the front. After waiting another 10-15 minutes, I spoke to another employee about the delay and all I received was an apology. With four employees working, it shouldn’t have taken that long. By the time I finally got my milkshake, my entire break was over.

The chocolate shake was also delicious and stood out compared to other food court options in the mall. Smashburger’s menu offers great choices that really satisfy.
