We visited this restaurant on a Saturday evening and before we arrive, we called to check if a group of 7 people can dine in. The person who answered the phone... read more We visited this restaurant on a Saturday evening and before we arrive, we called to check if a group of 7 people can dine in. The person who answered the phone said we can walk in and did not mention the restaurant is full. He was in a rush to end the call than providing accurate information to the customer on the phone. But when we walked in to the restaurant, it was full and the server asked us to stay outside in a very rude manner ignoring the fact that it was a cold night.Sri Lanka is known for its hospitality but the way the server treated us was very rude and dissapointing. I think the server who was there in the restaurant on that day was not a Sri Lankan. This is damaging the perception people have about Sri Lankans and our hospitality. We gave up eating that day and will never ever again return to this place to eat unless they change how they treat their customers!
