Additionally, there seems to b... read more This restaurant has declined in quality. During my last few visits, the BBQ chicken was burnt to the point of ruining its flavor. Additionally, there seems to be a language barrier, as no one seems to have a solid grasp of English, leading to misunderstandings with orders. I requested extra shrimp, but they mistakenly provided extra chicken and still charged me for it, despite my clarification. Ruby Thai used to deserve 5 stars, but now I would rate it a maximum of 2 to 3 stars. They also need to be less stingy with condiments like duck sauce. Moreover, the bang bang shrimp lacks the spices they used to have and is only lightly seasoned compared to before.
