What User doesn't like about Qdoba Mexican Eats:
The service at this place is way too slow. I usually go to the Qdoba on Livingston, which is half the size of this one but gets through each order in a minute or less even with heavy traffic and less staff; here I had to wait in line for 20+ minutes even though the queue was only 3-4 people, the guy waiting behind me even left because it was taking so long. I wish my phone wasn’t dead when I walked into this location. I would of took pictures of everything!!! None of the food was covered, everything was dry. The store was disgusting in a mess. When I was going to order the two workers took spoons out the sink to serve my family and I but didn’t wash it. That’s when I knew we weren’t eating here tonight. This location use to be on point but definitely fell off over the past few months. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
This is the worst Qdoba I’ve ever been to. Even though I and my husband have been liking Qdoba for a long time, there’s no way in hell I’m taking chances again. I am a strict vegetarian and thank god I checked the bowl before I headed back home. They put so much MEAT in my bowl! When asked to replace, the person who had made it, dude had the audacity to make a face at me and gave me a bad look like I am at fault. The person at the cash counter was nice and apologetic though. They made a new veggie bowl for me and messed it up again. No jalapeños, no cheese, no fajitas, no salsa. What am I supposed to eat and what am I paying for? Rice and beans? Give me a break! The cash counter guy was nice again, apologized and fixed other people’s mistake. After all this, I would instead spend my money at Chipotle in future rather than coming back here and giving these people another chance since it’s definitely not the first time this has happened and this time, it has crossed all limits which is why I had to come here and write all this because the management clearly doesn’t care.
If you are a Asian girl, new to America and doesn’t speak perfect English, do not come to this location alone. You won’t feel welcomed. Shabri was the name of the staff who was really rude to me. Before coming here, I downloaded the phone app, got myself familiar with the menu, and thought I was ready. When ordering, I asked the staff what toppings were included in the item I chose, no response. In the end, instead of $13 something showing on the menu, I was charged $14.90 before tax. I didn’t want to question since I already sensed the hostility, but when I was trying to use the app to collect points and use the reward, the staff named Shabri refused to tell me where to pull up the QR code. Meanwhile, 2 white guys behind me got helped. I questioned why she wouldn’t help me when I was in the same situation, she just left the check out and stopped helping me. A staff in black shirt finally showed after I stood there waiting to pay for 5 minutes, and asked me where Shabri went. My food was originally shoved in a bag for chips, and this guy repacked my food in an actual bag for bowls. Good business requires mutual respect. Asians may look stupid and speak broken English, but we are still your customers. The Qdoba app does have a phone number I can call to report this issue, so I am reporting it here. Never come to this location ever again.
Great place to eat. In the post COVID world, it's rare to find great food, portions, and fairly priced. Thank you.
Not that nice to make customers wait 20 minutes in line when its busy just to tell them what they want is out. Maybe a shoutout every 5 minutes “Hey guys were out of this or so and so” not that hard. Instead i wasted 20 minutes of my time now i have to find somewhere else to eat. Thanks alot.
