I’ve visited this drive-thru multiple times, and it’s reliably the slowest—often making you wait in your car for up to 15 minutes before receiving your order. Additionally, my orders frequently have missing items or incorrect sizes. Today, I made the mistake of not checking my order right away, and when I got home, I discovered one salad was missing chicken and the other was without the dressing, which is essential to the dish. I attempted to call to request the missing items, since I paid for them, but of course, no one answered the phone, which was incredibly frustrating. While the Panera chain itself is decent, this specific location is disappointing. Save yourself the hassle and choose another place.
