This has to be the worst Panera location in New Jersey. They should just close it and replace it with a Trader Joe's or something similar.
This location has the consistently worst service of any Panera in New Jersey. I’ve visited this drive-thru multiple times, and it’s reliably the slowest—often making you wait in your car for up to 15 minutes before receiving your order. Additionally, my orders frequently have missing items or incorrect sizes. Today, I made the mistake of not checking my order right away, and when I got home, I discovered one salad was missing chicken and the other was without the dressing, which is essential to the dish. I attempted to call to request the missing items, since I paid for them, but of course, no one answered the phone, which was incredibly frustrating. While the Panera chain itself is decent, this specific location is disappointing. Save yourself the hassle and choose another place.

The menu and pricing are quite confusing. It's very different from the old Panera ordering system. They really missed the mark this time!
