Panera Bread - Edison

Worst consistent service of any Panera in NJ. I have been to this drive through many times and I can honestly say they are easily the slowest as in you have to wait in your car in line sometimes like 15 minutes before getting your food. There?s alwaysitems missing in my order or they get the sizes wrong. Today I made the mistake of not checking my order as soon as they handedit to me and when I got home I noticed there was no chicken in one of the salads and the other was missing the dressing which iswhat ties this salad together. I tried to call to maybe have someone deliver the missing items considering I paid for them andof course nobody answers the phone and it?s so frustrating. Panera the chain is not bad but this specific location is garbage.Avoid frustration and go somewhere else.

Confusing menu and fees. a former panera order. they've made a big time!

It took 20 minutes (not kidding) to pay for and receive my regular soup and a drink and there was only one person in front of me. I live nearby and the service has gone extremely downhill over the years. The staff is rude as well. I suggest going to the Panera on Woodbridge Ave instead of this one.

Ive been a Panera fan for a long time , enjoying their rewards and all, very simple .. healthy good food for a very reasonable price , I have not been there as often as before COVID but stopped in with a guest on Sunday 7/11/22 for a pit stop of affordable great food ..NOT .. I was caught off guard when charge almost $6.00 dollars for two medium sodas , I also ordered 2 small chicken/ soup sandwiches on small roll that came with two additional small pieces of bread , total price almost $40.00 (WTH YES ABSOLUTELY MIND BLOWING , still good food but for what you're getting WAY OVER PRICED, the drinks, a total rip off .

Chicken in my chicken chipotle melt was PINK. It gave me food poisoning these employees don't wash their hands before handling food either.
