Absolutely great authentic Mexican food. The guacamole is amazing. I didn’t see Chile Relleno on the menu and they made it for me any way! Huge servings and delicious!Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Los Molcajetes:
This is a true Mexican kitchen. Service is slow and server only speaks Spanish, portions are big and very affordable. The atmosphere is not appealing- this is not a “first date” type of place. This is more of “I’m broke and hungry” type of place. There is no bathroom in the restaurant, you have to use the bathroom that is across from the restaurant.I mostly come here when I want a lot of food for cheap. Food is decent... View all feedback.
Terrible experience! We ordered the chicken burrito and the A la Mexicana. The chicken burrito was completely flavorless and had no seasoning whatsoever. It's hard to understand how such a simple dish could be so dull. The steak was extremely dry, and both the rice and beans were just as tasteless. What a letdown for lunch!
This restaurant serves amazing authentic Mexican cuisine. The guacamole is exceptional. Although I didn't find Chile Relleno on the menu, they graciously made it for me! The portions are generous, and everything is incredibly delicious. Food: 5/5.
I'm really disappointed with my favorite restaurant. I always order the same dish: flautas with a side of rice and beans. It had been a while since my last visit, but when I picked it up on Sunday night, I was shocked to see they charged me $20. I thought, "Wow, the prices have really increased!" When I got home, I checked the menu and noticed that flautas are still listed at $10. This means they charged me an extra $10 for a small container of black beans and about a cup and a half of rice. What a letdown. I won't be returning.
Great service walking in and during our visit. The food was authentic and super delicious! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for Mexican food. The molcajete was my favorite and my husband enjoyed the enchiladas.Parking: Plenty of parking when we went.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, this place is on the first floor and accessible.Dietary restrictions: I can't have dairy products and they were very accommodating.
Tacos and nachos were good, I put a 3 star because they don’t know what service is, we were only two people in the restaurant and waiter took so long to come and serve, also had to wait a lot even to pay, I ended up standing and going to the counter.I noticed two people leaving just because they were ignored and another guy went to grab a menu by himself.Going to a restaurant is not only the food is also the experience.
