Listen, is it good? Absolutely. But prepare to wait 35 40 mins easy (first time we were here was over an hour btw). The pace that they move is a snails pace to say the least. The manager couldn’t have expedited food slower. I watched my order sit on the counter for probably 10 minutes before he moseyed on over to getting to it. If you want chicken I’d go to an actual FAST food place or prepare to die while waiting
I forgot to take a pic. The spaghetti a little to sweet for me. The chicken was not fully cooked. Pretty much threw it out, I’ve never had mushy chicken before. The young lady at the register took the time out to explain the menu to me in detail which made my experience more interesting.
Let’s just say I’m only giving 3 stars because I’m Filipino and I love the food… That being said the guy who took care of my order must have come to work hungover or high because that’s the only explanation I could think of. So I placed an online order and arrived 20 min early and to my surprise the order was sitting there already…. So I decided to order two drinks…. The guy mumbled something about the bag… which the seal was broken already so whatever…. I get my drinks and he’s like oh you are paying cash? I’m thinking i’ve only been holding it for that last 2 minutes… So I use my card to avoid a headache. I take my order which was a family meal with extra promotional pies to the car and notice I have nothing no utensils/napkins nothing… So I go back… I ask him for spoons and forks(PLURAL)…. The guy literally gives me a spoon and fork… I guess he assumed I was Joey chestnut attempting to do a food challenge by myself. I was about to ask him for napkins but I didn’t want to receive a single napkin given his limited comprehension skills. Like who hires these people?
It was my first experience to jollibee and I was in for a surprise. I'm not from the area but they are mainly known to sell dark meat only. None of the menu items specify that they do not have white meat . All but their gravy sauces cost almost $1 per sauce and even then, they were all out of sauces that day. All but gravy ?. So if you like to be charged for sauces, dark meat and also for bags (like all the other stores in the big city). Then go for it
