We all liked that each pieces of their sushi had a tiny bit of rice and a large slab of tuna/salmon on it. Service was okay and their tea and dessert could be better. Everything look clean and tidy. The food selection was good, expected more for a friday night buffet. Seconds were ruined because the hot food was cold. The hot pot was a novel concept for me.. I liked it. The place was a balmy 75-80 degrees, not a great temperature when sitting down to enjoy a meal. Then almost all of the cold dishes (which were sitting on ice) were at room temperature, including all of the sushi and other raw fish. The smell emanating from the kitchen was a mix of unclean fish ranks, and beef left outside to be dried, now I understand a little fish smell when dealing in almost all raw products but this w
