do not order food from this Dunkin’! they sold my friend and I green eier on our breakfast croissants, then refused to give us a refund. there is no excuse to serve rotten food. this dunkin and his associates do not take responsibility for their mistakes. this is from a loyal customer who gets my breakfast and coffee here almost every morning. never timer View all feedback.

One of my favorite Dunkin' Donuts in Edison is the one with particularly great staff. The girls who work there are always so helpful and friendly. I frequent this location because the customer service is excellent.
The Dunkin' located on Route 27 in Edison is the greatest Dunkin' I have ever visited! The staff, as well as the management team, are exceptionally friendly. If you are looking for quick and extremely welcoming service, this is the place to go!
I recently tried their Dunkaccino and it was delicious. The customer service was quick and friendly, and it was easy to access from the street.

The drive-thru at this place is incredibly slow. do not go to the drive-thru before work, because they will be late in work. this location has the slowest service of all drive-thrus in any restaurant chain in any corner of the usa that I have gone. the window has a sign that says: "be friendly to those who show on work because the world is short personal". the problem is that this place was slow before the pandemic. I've suffered here for years and this morning I waited near minutes and I was just the car in the line. I don't want to leave a negative assessment, but this morning was just too much. the DD company office must send pictures here to order.

This is the best dunkin in edison. Edward is always so sweet and so are all the drive thru workers. Anytime I go to a different dunkin I get disappointed and say to myself this is why I only go to the dunkin on Their coffee is never watered down either like some dunkins are!
