We ordered chicken dish for take out once got back home realized that it was replaced with vegetarian dish. When called back to ask if this can changed, the guy at the counter suggested that the dish we got is pricier than the dish we ordered(as if that changes the dish from vegetarian to chicken). This place used to be my go to, since last 10-12 years, but the service needs to be updated with latest changes. A lot of new restaurants are giving better service than this location, better move on to next restaurant.

Very salty , stomach burning due to heavy load of ginger garlic Flavour in Biryani. Veg biryani is no fresh and loads of heavy ginger garlic flavour and salty. HORRIBLE :

A friend of mine, who is a regular customer at this restaurant, recommended it to me. We decided to visit and ordered a couple of chicken biryanis along with some other food items.

I had specifically requested a mild option, but I didn’t realize they didn’t offer one. When I called to express my concern, their customer service was disappointing and unhelpful. I was promised a call from the manager, but that never happened. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get a different dish or a refund. It seems that some places prioritize profits over customer satisfaction.
