Chipotle Mexican Grill - Edison

This Chipotle seems to operate on its own schedule, opening and closing whenever it feels like it. I've encountered three occasions where I arrived to place an order, only to be informed that they only accept online orders. During my last visit on June 10, 2021, I witnessed a particularly unsanitary situation: they dropped a receipt into the beans, retrieved it, and continued serving those same beans. Additionally, I passed by on my way home one night and, despite the posted hours stating they close at 10 PM, they were closed at 8:39 PM on a Monday. It's incredibly unprofessional! I tried again at 7:50 PM on a Saturday night, only to find the door locked with no notice posted. They are supposed to remain open until 10 PM. I have decided that I will never return to this location.

I advise against ordering later in the day. We placed our order through the app at 9 PM, thinking we had time since the restaurant was supposed to close at 10. The lights were on, and there was one staff member in the dining area on their phone, but the door was locked. We knocked and waited at the drive-thru for about 10 minutes, but our order was never delivered, and we were not acknowledged at all. I won't be returning to this location again.

We ordered our food along with a large queso blanco with chips. When we mentioned to the staff that the chips tasted stale, they refused to replace the bag. The chips were genuinely unpleasant, tasting overly sour and salty.

This chipotle is the worst in US. The rice still raw. How can I eat the raw rice? Won?t be there anymore.

Went to Chipotle at 9PM and ordered two plates only to receive not even half of what we would get at other Chipotles. Employees had an attitude and did not give us what we asked for even after several repeats. We ordered two drinks and when we checked the receipt in the car we noticed we were charged for three, so I went back in for a refund. Employee rudely asked if I wanted another drink when I just wanted a refund. After a brief back and forth I received my refund. Got home in under ten minutes and we find that the food is cold and the cheese barely melted if not at all.
