The soup here is really savory and the noodles are the same as every good pho place ive been to. The place is overall really delicious and will definitely be coming here again. I ordered the brisket pho which was 12 and my friends got the beef combo which was 12.50 each. Both very good, the jalapenos are super spicy though. View all feedback.
What Frank doesn't like about Baguette Delite:
New ownership better not be switching up with the quantity amount with the noodles and meat. Why am I getting a small portion size when I order an extra large combo beef pho. I come here often to know the differences.Food: 3/5 View all feedback.
I absolutely love there food. It's some of there best Pho I've ever had, but I asked for a hot Jazmin Tea and got a cold tea instead. I paid $7 and it was a 4 out of 10. Akihi 403 Main Street, Metuchen is my favorite place to get tea. Food AMAZING Tea not so much.
Nicely prepared, seasoned and cooked edibles of all sorts and sizes! Pricing is on the high side for portion size these days, but otherwise a quality family establishment. Enjoy!
Everything is great here. From pho to their sandwiches everything is tasty and well priced. Update 2021: I have been a regular customer of this spot for the past 3 years. I always loved their pho and grilled pork sandwich. However, since the beginning of the pandemic, their prices have been going up and quality has been taking a nose dive. The quality has become very inconsistent, specially for their brisket pho’s. From my past 6 orders, 2 were good, 3 came with little meat or lower quality meat, 1 (last one today) came with brisket slices harder than rubber. From all the meat in my food, just once slice was eatable. It’s a shame to see a spot with such great food go down in quality so badly.
It was my first time but not last! I had the largest bowl of Pho I have ever seen! The food was fresh, different and delicious!
Went back again and still worth it. Today we outside in the porch area. A small family business located on Old Post Road, near Edison High School. This Vietnamese owned bussiness replaced the former deli bussiness. Not much has changed with the exception of outdoor seating. You can eat indoor or outdoor. The decor is simple and clean with a unisex bathroom. There is a small parking lot for a few cars. The menu is limited but, the items are a very good selection of Vietnamese cuisine. We tried three sandwiches called Banh Mi. The roast pork, grilled chicken and BBQ pork. They were all dressed with basil, jalapeno peppers, lettuce, onions etc. On a toasted baguette. We also had Pho a Vietnamese soup. The combination Beef Pho as well as, the BBQ Pork were winners. The soup is served with thin rice noodles, bamboo sprouts, jalapeno peppers, basil, lime and meat. You can remove those ingredients if you don't like the jalapeno pepper for example but, don't. This soup is a explosion of flavors. They also serve some favorite Vietnamese appetizers, rice and vermicelli dishes. If you want to be introduced to Vietnamese cuisine at a beginner's level with going to a Vietnamese Restaurant this is the place to go. You won't be disappointed. You will enjoy it and keep coming back.
