A strange welcome, the person seemed nervous to see me. Waited for over 40 minutes on our food, and my roast was cold when it arrived. Meat and veg both cold to the touch. If i wasn't so hungry i would have sent it back. No check ups during the meal, and then when the food was finished, no one asked us how the food was. The moody server plonked the card machine down on the table at the tip page like we were required to do so they did nothing to deserve a tip, so none was given. Poor customer service, cold food, won't be back in hurry.
Nice little hogmanay lunch on a horrible day weather wise. Going to try Sunday lunch soon. Staff really lovely and nice atmosphere. Price per person: £80–90 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Burger
Nice place, has some Gluten Free choices for starters and mains plenty for dessert, place was busy when we arrived, service not the quickest but understandable, haggis pot not the hottest, butter milk burger good and the gf choice hunters chicken good as well, pasta was piping hot, no gf sticky toffee pudding as they had sold out, cheesecake was good with ice cream, overall nice we place and will be back Food: 4
