Feedback
Awful customer service, sat waiting for my collection which took over 30 mins. No greeting by staff upon entry. No staff members in the waiting area- had a feeling of a seedy motel reception area. Received 3 curries. All of which were were disgusting (and I've never expressed myself in such a way about a curry). The sauce was lumpy, old tasting and definitely not fresh. The meat was hard, again frozen feel. Just shocking. I spent 20 pounds on my meal and I had to throw two of the curries in the bin as I dont have time to be sick or ill. No pride whatsoever in the food, no quality control. Disgusting. I regret not taking a picture.
I ordered a Methi Gosht from this takeaway and I really have never tasted anything so disgusting in my life. If you can imagine a grey watery pool of yuk with lamb that had huge veins that you could drive a car through. Not a sniff of fenugreek anywhere. It was just inedible. It tasted like an awful stew that had been stewed for about a week. I have used this place before and never really had a problem as the food is just mediocre. My garlic naan was a plain naan. Most methi goshts are fragrant with fenugreek and other spices but this was just “lamb” and grey water. Never again. They really were taking the Michael.
