We are fans of pizza express and usually go to Glasgow and receive excellent service. The man that served us in the Holyrood pizza express was obnoxious and rude, lots of huffing and puffing and dramatic gestures for routine requests. Downright poor customer care and bad manners. He made a mistake with my coffee and then expected me to accept it anyway. When I declined this, he had his usual rant and returned with the same coffee. I wouldn’t return to this branch because of the poor service from this individual. To add insult to injury, we had an automatic service charge added to our bill as we were a table of would not have chosen to tip!!!!
Good service and relatively quiet. Handy for local attractions such as the royal mile and dynamic earth.
