Pho is always a safe bet for good food, I think it’s one of the best chains for vegans. I was after a light and delicious lunch, and Pho absolutely delivered. The staff were all really nice and efficient; the service was really quick. I got a green pho with mock chicken and vegan crackers, I was really happy with my meal and the restaurant as a whole. I arrived and before I settled down, a list of objects was told that were not in store. it is never a good start, how can they be made out of the stock of so many? I had spring rolls to start when summer rolls were out. hot and everything I could taste was oil. Can get vegan chicken as protein for most dishes, or tofu and vegetables. they have vegan garn cracker and eating is really delicious as well
So many options and variations, eating was very rich / filling so not over order!
Been there a few times, sadly the service was terrible every single time, waitresses not paying attention and rolling their eyes if you are not ready to order the minute you sit down… The food was amazing the very first time (when they initially opened) but since then I only had disappointing experiences, maybe the chef changed or the company stopped caring as they are always busy, in any case most things are rather flavourless now, will not be back Updated from previous review on 2022-05-21
