We arrived a bit late this morning, but the incredibly friendly owner made sure we were still able to have breakfast, which was so appreciated. She even accommodated my request for a vegan breakfast, so thank you again for that! We truly enjoyed our meal. This charming independent family-run café has a relaxing atmosphere and is a lovely spot to visit. View all feedback.
Central, small and friendly, unpretentious, healthy food freshly prepared by genuine people and they even have a corner where they can buy some locally produced organic dresses and chocolate. very reasonable prices. I prefer places without music, but at least the music was soft enough to allow vibration without stress. ground floor, wheelchair accessible wc. would go back.
Thanks for a great lunch before a show at the Kings. Homemade wild garlic soup was delicious followed by smoked salmon. My elderly mum was well looked after by the very friendly owner who found a table for us although it was very busy. Will be back to try the cakes.
Best cheese on toast in Edinburgh! Lovely service too....
Really nice cafe and art space in the Tollcross. The coffee was excellent and staff make you feel very welcome. I didn't have anything to eat, but the food on display looked really good. Definitely the best local option for a cafe.
Just stopped in after a matinee at the king's Theatre... Very nice environment ... Helpful and friendly staff who had a delightful unobtrusive service style . Lovely independent cafe ... Support local business!! This is a great one!
