When I asked about sugar free the girl behind the counter became most defensive and stated she did not know what was free or not. I find this appalling, I am diabetic with blood sugar issues and I cannot have sugar I'm my diet. I expect staff to be knowledgable. Luckily a fellow diabetic advised me what to have and even she said the sugar free stuff on offer is poor and staff knowledge is always poor...c'mon Starbuck get better.
