Beautiful atmosphere in this pub in the middle of the old town of Edinburgh, along the famous Royal Mile. We starved and very thirsty from the hike to Arthur's Seat and we really enjoyed a pint of the locally brewed chilled camp. What User doesn't like about Whiski Bar Restaurant:
Cozy place, nice service and decent food. My Cullen Skink was good. However the portion was really tiny for the price. Also a bit too touristic and you only get a nice table if booking in advance. View all feedback.
We went to Whiski at around 5pm for an early dinner, so the bar was quiet. The food was delicious. I had the Haggis Tower; my partner had the Blue Cheese Burger and his chips were perfect! We'd both had the fishcakes to start... Also amazing. The chaps working there were friendly and the service was quick. Would recommend to anybody visiting the Royal Mile.

This is absolutely fantastic! The whiskey list is impressive and there are options for extensive tasting experience! This place is a must to go in Edinburgh!
Shown without reservation and they sat immediately. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Haggis roles ordered as an introduction to Haggis and immediately knew that our meal would be fantastic. All we ordered was amazing. Absolutely here. Best old fashion around!
Amazing atmosphere, live music daily from 9:30 am, the drinks are really good. True whisky bar, just a few not whisky cocktails do not expect to find a gin here. Unfortunately, the kitchen was not open until we arrived at 20:30, so it cannot comment. The music was great Scottish Folk, thanks to Old Dollar Bill. To make it perfect, only dog could be friendly. Last orders at 11:30 a.m. on the day we arrived (on Thursday).
Welcoming and polite hospitality... Fast service and well presented food. Kids dinner appeared homemade fish and chips....Chunky chips as well. Nice selection of whiskeys. Also comfortable and clean. Reasonable price for Edinburgh...3 main meals and 1 kids meal. 2 ciders, 2 decent whiskey and 2 soft drinks include tip... £95.
