Nice to see Ryrie's back but better. Same (but cleaner) interior, good beer choice. Tempest Long White Cloud for me please! Can we have the next door Chinese takeaway restored too? View all feedback. What Mike Dociu doesn't like about Ryries:
Popped in to my old haunt whilst waiting for a train. read moreNestled conveniently by Haymarket Station, Ryrie’s Bar exudes classic Edinburgh charm with its dark wood and stained glass. While patrons appreciate its ambiance and selection of cask ales, experiences vary significantly. Some guests have encountered poorly managed customer service, especially when addressing issues with the quality of drinks and food. Although the bar offers a decent menu and pleasant atmosphere, inconsistent service and untrained staff mar the overall experience. For those seeking a genuine pub feel, Ryrie’s can be appealing, but visitors should tread carefully, especially during busy match days.
