Fantastic meal on valentines night. Nice touch with oysters offered free and a red rose. However the food was the star of the night. Tasty mussels in curry,coconut sauce. Good steak. Beef dripping chips. What's not to like. Service was outstanding.

This restaurant is fantastic! It was a bit noisy upstairs due to a large group, but the food was excellent. The soup could have been a bit hotter, but the flavor was fantastic. The surf and turf dish was a perfect ten. The only downside was that our coffee took a while to come, as they seemed to have forgotten about us a bit, but it was understandable because they were very busy during the Christmas season. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

After reading excellent reviews, we decided to book a table at Mussel Steak Bar during one of our evenings in Edinburgh. We were not let down! We were seated in a snug corner booth upstairs. We tried all three varieties of mussels and they were fantastic, and the bread and fries were also very tasty. We indulged in all the ice creams available, which were also delightful. The service was exceptional. We definitely recommend dining here!
