No idea what some of the reviews above below, this place is great. I do not consider this as .if you go to this obskure village in asia.

read moreIchiban, located on West Preston Street, offers a Japanese and Chinese menu. The welcoming atmosphere complements the characteristic red and black interior of the cozy restaurant. While some dishes received mixed reviews, such as a disappointing Japanese curry and underwhelming Udon noodles in soup, others, like the Sashimi and sushi, were described as fantastic. The extensive menu includes delicious options like Japanese fried rice, and the freshly made sushi is recommended for those looking for a satisfying meal. Despite some hiccups with food quality and delivery times, Ichiban offers a local dining experience with great service, making it a solid choice for Japanese cuisine enthusiasts.
