Staying at the holiday inn over the road from this restaurant. I can recommend it as the food and service was spot on, if I’m ever staying up in Edinburgh again will definitely give it a return visit

This is something of a hidden gem, it’s perfect if you’ve spent a day at the Zoo , or are staying close by. Staff are always very friendly, whilst it’s strongly advised to book in advance , the staff are very courteous and do try and fit you in if it’s possible. Food is good quality and good value, I do like that they have the Chinese “Tsingtao” beer which is fairly hard to get in the UK these days. I’ve been to many Chinese restaurants in my time and while this one may be a little more modest compared to some of the ones I’ve been too, I’d say this is the best one in terms of quality staff friendliness, hope to visit again soon.
