We visited Truva for lunch and had a wonderful experience. I ordered the lentil soup along with the Turkish borek (smoked) and we also shared Turkish coffee and baklava for dessert. The atmosphere was lovely and the food was delicious. View all feedback.
What Jeremy Holmes doesn't like about Cafe Truva:
A lovely Turkish and Scottish restaurant located in the old town. The haggis was delicious and the desserts were excellent, with a wide variety of tasty treats. The staff is friendly and the ambiance is nice. View all feedback.

Cafe truva is an authentic Turkish caffe in the heart of edinburgh. we tried the Turkish meze plate and the chicken schish kebab, which were just great. for a Mediterranean Turkish experience, they offer a variety of foods and a wide selection of coffees/teaes. the Turkish coffees were a great end of the meal and the complementary turks delights have surpassed the experience. well recommended!
Situated right across the harbor, this small restraunt won't disappoint u in anyway. Famous for its Turkish breakfast, we thought of giving it a try. We ordered Turkish tea and hot chocolate along with Veg breakfast and it was good. The breakfast was large in quantity containing sunny upside down along with beans, bread, butter and hash brown bites. Good start for the day..
I absolutely adore this restaurant! After hiking Arthur's Seat and needing some refreshments, we had a fantastic time here. The atmosphere is incredibly authentic and the staff is exceptionally friendly.
