Our server was extremely polite and attentive.

When we went and we noticed there was hardly anybody in there. We stood there and waited on the hostess for about five minutes before we were seated. Our drinks... read more When we went and we noticed there was hardly anybody in there. We stood there and waited on the hostess for about five minutes before we were seated. Our drinks came out the same time as our appetizer and our entrée. It felt like they were rushing us to leave. I personally love Applebee’s, so we decided to try again. Same thing, we walked in and there was Hardly any customers in there. We stood at the hostess station several minutes before we walked out.

When I entered, no one was to be found. I sat at the bar for approx 20 mins before an employee walked out from the back and I asked if they were open. The barte... read more When I entered, no one was to be found. I sat at the bar for approx 20 mins before an employee walked out from the back and I asked if they were open. The bartender finally came out from the back, and to her fairness, she was very sweet and apologetic. Throughout my stay, I noticed the employees preferred to stay in the back and talk. At one point some guests came in and stood at the hostess table for approx 10 mins before leaving because no one was in the dining area. The food was very good, and the bartender periodically checked on me before retreating to the back. It didn’t appear there was a manager on siteI think one could be needed to make sure the staff is keeping control of the floor.
