The service sucks. if you don't run in, register. they wait in the line and another customer goes in and gets service first because it was a pre-order. the only reason I stayed is because I had my grandson and he wanted to be so bad. that will be my first and last time to this location.

Would not recommend a visit in this place. it seems that there are so many marble plates that go down the hill. this hasn't gone very well. although the ice is the same giminess, the portions are super huge. the plates were not cleaned from one order to the next. also the service is a little less to wish. I had to both command several times. this chain must stop selling.

The restaurant is very disorganized; there seems to be an issue every time I visit. Even when I place an online order, they make me wait until I arrive to get my food. It really makes me wonder about the purpose of ordering online in the first place. It just doesn’t make any sense.

The server made a mistake by not wearing gloves and handling the cups with her bare hands while serving our ice cream. However, when I asked her to wear gloves and provide a clean cup, she complied without any issue and remained polite. She was very friendly, and the service was excellent. My only reason for giving a 3 out of 5 rating is that she shouldn't have begun serving without gloves in the first place.
