There are long wait times, which I understand given the location, but unfortunately, our meals almost always miss the mark unless we order right when they open. I would recommend going to the Wingstop on McColl and Trenton instead; it is much more reliable than this one.

When I arrived, there was o... read more I felt compelled to give this place a star because it wouldn't let me submit a comment without one. I just had the worst experience. When I arrived, there was only one or two tables occupied and two people waiting for their orders. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our food. When it finally arrived, it was cold, as if it had been sitting around for a while. I spoke to the manager, who explained it was because they were using old oil. There were more than ten employees working in the back, yet the service was incredibly slow. I ended up asking for my money back. It seemed like the staff didn't care about their work, and the place felt unclean and unprofessional. I will definitely not return. If you're in the area, I recommend going next door to University Draft House – they have delicious burgers, a vegan menu, and excellent customer service. You'll love it!
