On a re... read more I regularly order from Sharon's Bakery in Edgware because their bagels are always delicious. However, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. On a recent visit, the man working there was extremely rude to my wife in front of other customers. Despite being long-time customers and calling ahead to reserve bagels, we were told they had plenty of stock, only for her to arrive and find no bagels reserved. After paying nearly £30 for Challah and bagels, the order she paid for wasn’t set aside, and the man just apologized when she asked about it, saying they had run out. She even gave them extra time to bake more, but when she returned, almost everything was sold out except for one poorly baked loaf. When she politely asked for the bagels and Challah not to be squashed together, which you'd expect a bakery to understand, the staff made a big scene in front of other customers and didn’t seem to care about the request. It’s really disappointing because the bagels are great, but the attitude and customer service are completely lacking.
