When t... read more This is by far the best Dunkin' experience I've ever had! I was dealing with an issue from another order but had also placed a coffee order with Dunkin'. When the other order got canceled, I was delighted to find a free donut—my favorite one—in my Dunkin' delivery! I'm now a lifelong fan. Thank you for always going the extra mile. These small gestures, which might seem minor to some, mean the world to others. Honestly, I was having a rough day, and this thoughtful act really lifted my spirits. Thank you again! What you do truly matters and is deeply appreciated. Keep up the amazing work, everyone! <3

While trying to find my order details on my phone, I had to leave my car and go in... read more To give some background, I was already in a bad mood before going to Dunkin'. While trying to find my order details on my phone, I had to leave my car and go inside the store. Apparently, for pickup orders—which I wasn’t familiar with since I usually don’t order this way—you have to go inside to collect your food. When I first approached the young man at the drive-thru window, he told me my order wasn’t ready. Then I went to the DoorDash pickup area and found out my order hadn’t even been started, despite receiving a text saying it was ready and an email confirmation. I unfairly took my frustration out on the young man, even though he hadn’t done anything wrong. I was already upset over other things, and everything just built up, leading me to be rude. That said, he remained very professional. Once I realized my bagel order hadn’t gone through and had to be made fresh, I paused and apologized to him. When I saw his name tag—Smiley—I couldn’t help but notice the irony of being rude to someone named Smiley. So, I give Smiley a well-deserved 5 stars for his service. My overall experience with the online order and pickup, however, gets 3 stars. While I appreciated that my sandwich was made fresh when I finally received it, it wasn’t hot. On a positive note, Dunkin’ was clean, and the staff seemed to work well together.

We just left there after waiting 30 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches. First when we asked about them the manager told us that it looks like we never paid for them so he could just re-order them for us. Of course we had paid for themand the young man at the register said that we had. Then when asking what we ordered he told me that the store doesn't have eggwhites and never has had them (but they have eggs! Then while waiting for them to make the sandwiches we watched the cook dropher spatula on the floor with food on it pick it back up and continue to cook with it! That was utterly disgusting! They were soterribly rude that we left. They didn't even offer a refund for the food we never received! I would much rather this review be0???? but that isn't allows! Stay Away!
