IHOP is our Sunday spot! The food may be a franchise but it 's the Management and Wait Staff that makeour morning breakfasts better! We never have a problem and if we do, it 's take care of right away. I have also had to pick up DoorDash from here and they are on point as well.
I'm unsure how I ended up at this exact IHop when there are plenty closer to my home however I was not disappointed. The parking lot was small as it was a shared lot with other businesses yet finding a park was pretty easy. From the outside itappeared it would be a wait because the parking lot was full, the moment we walked inside, my family of 5 were greeted andseated right away. The inside was clean, the bathroom was clean, our booth was clean (that includes the floor). Our waitertook about 5 mins to come over however his sweet tone and personality shined as he took our order. We had a tall young man withlocs. Our food came out just as we requested even with the substitutions. It did not take long at all. The food was deliciousand we stayed about an hour eating and talking. We had a great breakfast without any issues, tipped our waiter and left happyand full. I wanted to share the great experience as I know some chain restaurants these days tend to miss the mark. Not thisIHOP.
This was the worst visit I 've experienced. My grandson did not like the protein pancakes. My steak was good but the hash browns were a little burnt. My waitress was awful. She was so busy trying to get orders under her name, she overlooked my table. Shekept walking back and forth past our table and never checked on my order. I had to ask her Can we get our food? Then I had toask for utensils. When she brought our food, she never asked if we need anything else to drink. While she was busy going backand forth, she never addressed us. I did ask for to-go containers but she only brought two and I needed three. I asked for mybill but she had the Hostess bring it to me. When I went to pay my bill, the the waitress wants to come and ring me up but Ijust looked at her. She wants to take the money but couldn 't service me and my grandson properly. When and if I come back, shecan never be my waitress. I did not get her name and no I did not leave a tip. It was not deserving!!!
