Excellent time spent here at Pier 115 on 7/8/23. Our party of 5 was seated quickly after arriving which was great. We ordered appetizers, entree and drinks. However, my drink wasn’t to my liking. I had a fantastic experience at Pier 115 on July 8, 2023. Our group of five was seated quickly upon arrival, which was a great start. We ordered appetizers, entrées, and drinks, but unfortunately, my drink didn't meet my expectations. I mentioned this to our server and requested to speak with the manager. She promptly brought Nick to our table, and I explained the issue. He quickly resolved the problem by replacing my drink. Nick returned shortly after to ensure everything was satisfactory, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellent customer service. I was genuinely impressed. We enjoyed both the food and the ambiance at Pier 115, and we look forward to returning in the future.
I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The food was fresh and continuously replenished, and the service was friendly and welcoming. The views were fantastic, with plenty of spots perfect for taking memorable photos with family or loved ones.
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The cocktails were exceptional, and the food went beyond my expectations. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the view was truly stunning.
This is a lovely place by the water for dinner and drinks. We attended an engagement party and enjoyed a variety of finger foods. The pizza was quite tasty. Even though our waitress was busy with our large group, she was always attentive and very friendly. The ambiance is fantastic, featuring a classic view of the NYC skyline. What more could you want?
We were seated near an event that seemed to involve either Mercedes or Veuve, given the backdrop. Initially, the ambiance was fine (even with the DJ right next to us), but it took a turn when they started distributing cigars, and soon people were smoking around the tables. To top it off, there was someone loudly announcing raffle prizes at a deafening volume, which became quite draining. In the end, it was a costly experience that didn’t live up to expectations. I hope they can make some improvements because Manhattan prices should reflect the quality you receive.
