Mitsuwa is a sprawling all-Japanese supermarket and food-court plaza offering an extensive selection of groceries, bento boxes, bakery treats, sake, and ready-to-eat dishes alongside ramen stalls, sushi counters, and dessert vendors. Shoppers praise fresh produce, sashimi-grade fish, bento value and freshly made noodles, while diners note inconsistent dish quality, occasional cold or small portions, and mid-range to pricey prices. The lively mini-mall features Kinokuniya, claw machines and seasonal festivals, with plentiful seating and basic restroom facilities.

Large selection of Japanese products, from products, meat, sachet, non-alcoholic drinks, to finished sushi. Also has a wide range of restaurants on the market, ramen noodles, rice plates, Boba teas... friendly service around... but a little expensive.

Great place for Japanese grocery and foods. We ate at the food court with an excellent view of the Hudson River and New York City skyline.

Really good selection of imported Japanese goods and ingredients. If you are looking for authenticity Mitsuwa is your best bet! Get some traditional Japanese food made fresh before or after you shop!

I celebrated my Birthday here with my husband . We had reservations and was promptly seated when we arrived. They had a nice menu selection of Indian foods and desserts. I had asked our waiter to ensure that my food was slightly spicy. I could hardly eat it as it was way too spicy. I had to constantly sip on my mango lassi to counteract the . 1 My husband thoroughly enjoyed his meal. We had to wait long for interactions with our waiter as the place was packed.....he said it was opened over the last 2 months. Suggest that bathrooms be checked for upkeep and fix any doors that cannot be locked. My score would be 4.5

This is one of my favorite places to go! The grocery store section is fantastic, they have great quality produce, meats and sashimi grade fish. Basically, any Japanese grocery product is here from soba noodles to okinomiyaki sauce to frozen gyoza to asahi to matcha cookies and other snacks. My favorite thing to do is buy pickled radish, tamago, and a sushi roll from the grocery store and then go over to the food court and order other food to go with it. The food court has Ramen, kaarage, onigiri hand rolls, and other hot dishes. There’s also a few sweets shops where you can get things like bubble tea, matcha ice cream, and taiyaki. The rest of the mini mall is great too. I do a lot of shopping here for unique gifts- Daiso, Little Japan USA, and Kinokuniya are all there! They also have Japanese food festivals throughout the year, my favorite is their summer fest! Go there, spend a few hours, bring friends!
