I ordered a small iced coffee with milk and waited for 20 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. To make matters worse, two people who ordered after me received their orders before I did. Very rude. This Dunkin’ is unreliable and definitely needs improvement. Don’t even bother.

I think offe... read more I ordered a peppermint mocha, and initially, the peppermint flavor was quite mild. After requesting extra pumps, it became too sweet for my liking. I think offering a sugar-free peppermint option throughout the franchise would be a great improvement. On a positive note, Elisabet was fantastic! She was very patient with my specific requests and preferences. Her customer service was outstanding.

It's located in my neighborhood, but the staff is unfriendly and has a really negative attitude. The manager, who either goes by Julie or Zoe—she wouldn't share her name—was especially unpleasant. The kitchen area appears to be quite dirty. I've observed that there’s a high turnover rate among the staff over the years, and I can only hope the current team departs soon.

They made a mistake with my order and became defensive when I tried to discuss the problem. Even though I paid for the correct coffee, I ended up leaving with the wrong one.
