Was Chel M at Gladys a mag?
Incredibly delicious! I ordered the winter fricassee, and it was the best New American-style vegetarian dish I've ever experienced. A perfect showcase of fresh, vegetable-driven, and inventive cuisine. View all feedback.
What Aly Mar dislikes about Gladys:
I think if you’re new to being vegan or don’t cook it at home often this place will seem amazing. But otherwise it just is OK solid vegan food. I felt it was a little overpriced for what you get and everything is 1.5% more expensive than what’s listed on the menu. View all feedback.

I have been a few times and every dish I have had is vibrant, flavorful makes the vegetables sing. I am so glad to have them at Edgewater Public Market, where a lot of the rest of the business are centered around fried food.Their current cabbage dish is mouthwatering so filing! My non-vegetarian husband loves their stuff too. If you like veggies, you have to try Gladys.
Edgewater, great way for everyone to get what they want. Gladys, see-food and Brussel sprouts. No problem to tweak seasoning. Would get it again!

Whenever I'm at the public market I always get Gladys! Everything on their menu is delicious and I love that they change it up with the seasons. I especially like when they have special dishes!
This restaurant offers some of the best food I've ever tasted! They change their menu with the seasons, so there's always something new to try. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the dishes. Another plus is that all takeout meals come in eco-friendly paper containers. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is excellent! I highly recommend it for both vegans and non-vegans alike.
